The services offered at the www.evartists.org website, along with all information and content made available by European Visual Artists GEIE (hereafter EVA) at this site for Internet users, shall be governed by the general terms and conditions set out herein.

Introduction:

The mere act of using and/or consulting this website shall automatically and unconditionally be taken to imply that you fully accept, in their entirety, all the terms and conditions set out herein.
Evartists reserves the right to amend, at any time, the terms and conditions of use set out herein, without prior notice and without any form of compensation. We therefore advise that you consult them regularly.

Liability:

Whilst the greatest possible care has been taken in creating and updating this site, EVA cannot furnish any guarantee whatsoever as to the accuracy of information to be found there and shall not be held liable in any way whatsoever with regard to site content and use of the site.
Information and data shown at the site are provided purely for information purposes and for guidance. EVA shall not be held liable in any way whatsoever in the event of error, inaccuracy or omission affecting the information.
Generally-speaking, EVA may not be held liable in the event of technical problems of any nature such as may affect the broadcasting of its site.
EVA reserves the option of altering, of suspending, temporarily or permanently, all or part of the site, without prior notice and without any form of compensation.
EVA will not, under any circumstances whatsoever, be held liable to you or to any third-party in respect of any alteration to the site or to interruption, suspension or closure thereof.

EVA may collect certain items of information relating to you that identify youe. These personal details will be processed in accordance with current legislation. In particular:

Property and personal liability rights:

When you give your opinion under any of the headings at the Evartists site or if you provide any content, you are, in so doing, transferring all intellectual property rights relating thereto expressly and free of charge to Evartists and, particularly, the right to reproduce, represent, adapt, using any medium and in any format, whether currently known or not known, throughout the world and for as long as any present or future intellectual property may exist.
In publishing a message on the Evartists.org site, you undertake not to break the law and, particularly, not to defame or abuse, not to broadcast any content that is racist or that offends good morals, not to harass or threaten any person, nor to interfere with the natural rights of others, such as the right to privacy, image rights and the right to human dignity.

Applicable law – disputes:

The site shall be governed by Belgian law and the Courts with jurisdiction in the Brussels area shall, alone, be competent to rule in any disputes that may arise.
